To register and use an ag44 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are accessing the ag44 platform voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes.
• You are not acting as an agent or on behalf of any third party when using the ag44 platform.
• You do not already hold an existing active or suspended ag44 account. ag44 permits one account per person, per household, and per device. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances forfeited.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, director, or close family member of an employee of ag44 or any of its affiliated game provider partners.
• You are not located in, or accessing the platform from, a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by the applicable laws of that jurisdiction.
• You have not been previously self-excluded from ag44 or placed under a permanent exclusion order on the platform.

ag44 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. This may include a copy of a National Identity Card (NID), passport, birth certificate, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 7 days of a request may result in account suspension and withdrawal holds until verification is complete.

By creating an ag44 account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all eligibility conditions listed above. Providing false information during registration, including a false date of birth, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure. ag44 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of a Player providing inaccurate eligibility information.

Registration Requirements

To open an ag44 account, you must provide accurate and complete information in all required registration fields. This includes your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID), a valid date of birth, a unique email address, a valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number, and a secure password of your choosing. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and must not share your login credentials with any other person.

ag44 reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. Registration does not guarantee continued access to the platform; ag44 may suspend or close an account at any time in accordance with the Account Suspension & Closure section of these Terms.

KYC Verification

Before processing any withdrawal request, ag44 requires all Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. KYC verification involves the submission of one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, legible copy of your National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence issued by Bangladeshi authorities.
• Proof of Age: The above identity documents also serve as proof of age, confirming you are 18 years of age or older.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation of ownership of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account used for deposits, to confirm no third-party funding is in use.

KYC documents must be submitted via the verification section of your ag44 account dashboard. ag44 aims to complete KYC verification within 24 hours of receiving complete documentation during standard BST business hours. During high-volume periods, verification may take up to 72 hours. Withdrawals remain on hold until KYC is successfully completed.

One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active ag44 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or different device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ag44 uses device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method matching to identify duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances within them will be voided. If a genuine error has resulted in a duplicate account being created (for example, a forgotten password leading to a second registration), the Player must contact [email protected] immediately to resolve the duplication before any further use.

Deposits

ag44 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka with no currency conversion fees applied by ag44. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for mobile financial service (MFS) methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Bank transfer and card deposits carry a minimum of ৳1,000.

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your ag44 account balance within seconds of the transfer being confirmed on the MFS provider's system. Bank transfer and card deposits may take between 5 and 30 minutes to reflect in your balance depending on the processing time of the issuing institution. ag44 does not charge a deposit fee; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges which are outside ag44's control.

All funds deposited to ag44 must originate from a payment account or card registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source account belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being reversed and the account suspended pending investigation. ag44 monitors all deposit transactions for compliance with this requirement.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once KYC verification has been successfully completed on your ag44 account. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit — ag44 does not permit withdrawals to a different method or account from the one used to fund your balance. This policy is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) measure.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for all payment methods. The maximum single withdrawal amount is ৳200,000 for bank transfers and ৳50,000 for MFS methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically completed within 1 to 3 BST business hours. ag44 aims to approve all withdrawal requests within 30 minutes during peak BST operating hours; during off-peak periods, approval may take up to 4 hours.

ag44 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where the source of funds cannot be clearly identified from the account's deposit history. Withdrawal requests submitted while an active bonus is in progress (i.e., wagering requirements have not been met) will result in the bonus being voided and only Real Money Funds being released for withdrawal.

General Betting Rules

By placing a bet or initiating a game round on ag44, you confirm that you are doing so voluntarily with funds from your own ag44 balance, and that you understand the rules and odds applicable to the bet or game you are participating in. All bets are final once confirmed — ag44 does not permit the cancellation or modification of bets after they have been placed and accepted by the system.

ag44's sports betting odds are displayed in decimal format and are expressed in Bangladeshi Taka. Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is placed; the odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that will apply to your wager. ag44 reserves the right to void any bet placed after the relevant event has commenced where the live price was incorrectly displayed due to a technical error.

Casino Games

All casino games available on ag44 — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and table games — are supplied by licensed game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own specific rules set by the provider. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is determined by the provider and disclosed within the game's information panel. ag44 does not modify the RTP or outcome logic of any third-party supplied game.

All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Bet Voidance & Error Policy

ag44 reserves the right to void bets or game rounds in the following circumstances: (a) a technical malfunction has demonstrably affected the game outcome or odds display; (b) the bet was placed on an event that had already concluded at the time of placement due to a data feed error; (c) the bet involved odds that were clearly erroneous (known as a "palpable error") and would not have been offered under normal market conditions; (d) there is evidence of bet manipulation, collusion, or abuse of a bonus offer in connection with the wager. In the event of a void, the stake is returned to the Player's ag44 balance. Winnings derived from voided bets are not payable.

Promotional bonuses offered by ag44 — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers — are Bonus Funds credited to your account in addition to your Real Money Funds. Bonus Funds are not immediately withdrawable; they must be wagered a specified number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before any associated winnings can be converted to Real Money Funds and requested for withdrawal.

Wagering requirements apply to the total Bonus Funds amount unless the specific promotion states otherwise. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place ৳20,000 in total qualifying bets before the bonus and any associated winnings become withdrawable. Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%). ag44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a Player's account and partially wagered will continue to be subject to the terms that applied at the time of crediting. Bonuses are valid for a limited period (typically 7–30 days depending on the specific promotion); any unwagered Bonus Funds remaining after the expiry period will be removed from the account without compensation.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using irregular betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, or coordinating with other players to abuse a referral scheme — will result in immediate voiding of all bonus balances and may lead to permanent account closure.

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials to deposit funds into an ag44 account. Any deposits identified as originating from fraudulent payment methods will be reversed and the account permanently closed.
• Money Laundering: Using ag44 to process, layer, or conceal proceeds of crime. ag44 complies with anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious transaction patterns to the appropriate authorities without notifying the Player.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, live dealer, or sports betting market available on ag44.
• Arbitrage Betting: Placing bets across multiple outcomes or platforms in a systematic manner designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, thereby exploiting pricing discrepancies on ag44.
• Software Exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, or any third-party software to interact with the ag44 platform in a manner not intended for normal Player use.
• Chargeback Abuse: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with a bank or card provider for a deposit that was legitimately processed and credited to your ag44 account.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one ag44 account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing a prior account suspension.
• Underage Access: Attempting to access or use ag44 services while under the age of 18, or knowingly facilitating access by an individual under 18.

ag44 employs a combination of automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Players found to have engaged in any prohibited activity will have their accounts suspended immediately and a full review conducted. ag44 reserves the right to permanently close accounts and void all balances — including both Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds — where prohibited conduct is confirmed.

Voluntary Closure

Players who wish to close their ag44 account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the ag44 support team via live chat from within the account dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be completed and Real Money Funds remaining in the balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method. Bonus Funds remaining at the time of voluntary closure are forfeited.

Suspension or Closure by ag44

ag44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Discovery that the Player is under 18 years of age.
• Discovery that the Player has provided false or misleading registration information.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated against ag44 without valid justification.
• Extended account inactivity (12 or more consecutive months with no login activity), after which ag44 will notify the Player by email before applying an inactivity closure.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any Real Money Funds balance may be withheld pending investigation and will only be released following the conclusion of a review that confirms the funds are not linked to fraudulent activity or policy violations. ag44 will communicate the outcome of any such review to the Player via their registered email address.
